1. The people behind the site

These terms govern your use of joustingmeadow.com ("Jousting Meadow", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of joustingmeadow.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Age of entry

Only users aged 19 or over may use Jousting Meadow, and using it is your confirmation that you are 19 or over.

3. The nature of coins

  • All games run on virtual coins, given free of charge.
  • A coin has no monetary value and is neither money, credit nor property.
  • No coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. In-app purchases do not exist here.
  • No prize of any real-world value is on offer.
  • Coins, levels and features can be changed or reset by us whenever needed.

4. Money is never gambled here

Real-money gambling is not offered or promoted by Jousting Meadow, and the site carries no links to gambling operators.

5. Your place on the rolls

  • A free account is needed to play the worlds that ask for one. Each person may hold one account and must not share it.
  • Your password is for you alone; tell us straight away if anyone else has used your account.
  • Your account page lets you delete the account whenever you wish. Deletion takes effect at once and is permanent.
  • We may suspend any account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe is held by someone under 19.
  • Coins, levels and missions sit with the account, are not property of yours, and may be reset.

6. Using the site properly

You must not try to disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer coins for trade, or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. When the site is up, and our liability

We provide the site “as is” and may alter or withdraw any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. The governing law of these terms

These terms fall under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
